We are a boutique travel agency with access to member pricing specializing in week-long stays at heavenly hotels and resorts. We have some of the best prices that you may not even find on popular travel websites, especially for large groups and week-long stays!

What service does SevenlyStays provide?

SevenlyStays provides customers with booking reservations at top resorts and hotels at a discounted rate. Our bookings will clearly indicate our pricing and list what is included in that price (for example, resort fees). Our prices are well discounted as we pass on the benefits of our member pricing to our customers.

Please note that additional charges (for example, taxes) may be directly payable to the resort/hotel and will be in addition to our pricing. Prior to confirming a booking with SevenlyStays, we ask that our customers contact the resort/hotel directly to understand any additional charges that may be applicable. If you are unhappy with our pricing for any reason, we provide a Cancellation Window with full refund as explained further below.

Currently, we are only serving customers based in the US and Canada.

What is a typical SevenlyStay?

Most of our deals require week-long stays (7 nights). That is how we save, and pass on the savings to you. We believe a seven-night stay provides the perfect opportunity to truly soak-in a destination city while also enjoying quality time with family and close ones.

How to book one of our awesome deals?

Look around our website to find a deal you like based on your choice of destination. Then click "Book Now" for that deal and send us your booking information. Our travel desk will respond to your message within 24 hours confirming your requirements and providing you with a payment link. We may clarify your needs to serve you better and possibly find you a better deal. See the next FAQ if you are looking for a destination, date or room size that is not available to book with us right away.

What if I cannot find a destination, date or room size that I want?

In that case, please contact us through our online quote request form located here (Get Quote) and provide us the details. Let us know what destinations, dates and room sizes (number of adults and kids) you are looking for, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with our best available deals.

How long does it take to make a booking?

If you have requested one of our available deals via Book Now, then we will contact you within 24 hours to provide you a link to get your payment processed.

If you have requested a custom deal via Get Quote (Get Quote), we will send you a quote. After you decide to proceed with the quote, we will send you a payment link to get your payment processed.

As part of the booking process, we will provide you with the hotel/resort contact information in order for you to understand any additional charges applicable.

Upon receiving your payment, our travel desk will make the booking and send you a confirmation message within 24 hours. After receiving the confirmation message, you can contact the hotel/resort directly to confirm your booking.

What methods of payment do you accept?

To ensure the best prices, we accept payment via PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or any major US domestic credit card (so you can keep getting your credit card points!). We do not store any payment information on our servers. We apologize in advance that we are unable to provide you with a direct online checkout experience.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

We do allow for cancelation but with certain requirements. To ensure we can keep getting you these awesome deals, we require that you cancel no less than thirty (30) days before your check-in date (see Terms of Service). This will entitle you to a full refund. We do not allow cancelation once the Cancelation Window has passed, and we do not provide partial refunds.

For bookings made with less than 30 days to check-in, we are unable to provide a cancelation refund. Please take note of that as you confirm your travel plans.

What if I need to change a booking?

Changes to a booking may be made no less than thirty (30) days before your check-in date (see Terms of Service). Essentially, we will cancel your booking (which will automatically entitle you to a full refund on the original booking) and make a new one. The new booking will need to be made at the current available rate and will be subject to availability. We are unable to make changes once the Cancelation Window has passed.
