By using our services, you the Purchaser(s) agree to the following terms on behalf or yourself and the group you are booking for:
You agree to provide and use legal names and ages of all individuals that can he verified by the hotel/resort using a Government-issued identity document. You are required to carry the identification documents with you and SevenlyStays is not resonsible for any issues arising out of discrepancies or unavailability of required documents.
Kids ages are based on their expected age on the date of check-in. For most resorts/hotels, kids need to be 18 years or younger to qualify as a kid for booking purposes. However, some resorts/hotems may have more stringent age requirements that will be explained to you in our quote. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to verify that all information provided for the booking is correct and up-to-date as of the check-in date.
Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel. You are responsible to adhere to those timings or contact the hotel directly to make any adjustments that they may be able to accommodate. SevenlyStays is not responsible for any issues arising out of check-in or check-out timings.
You are responsible to follow all hotel/resort policies and procedures. Please contact them in advance if you have any specific clarifications or requests.
The pricing we provide in our quote and that is used for booking will list the items that are included in the price. However, SevenlyStays does not warrant that the pricing is all-inclusive. SevenlyStays is often not aware of all the local fees, taxes and other charges that may be applicable to a hotel/resort.
For complete clarity, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to verify with the hotel/resort directly if you have any questions about additional charges that may be applicable to your booking.
Our prices are for accommodation only which often comes with included amenities for the room type booked. These amenities are provide by the hotel/resort and subject to their policies. SevenlyStays does not warrant the availability of a specific amenity that may have been listed as included in the price at the time of booking as resorts/hotels may change their policies at any time.
Our cancelation policy provides for full refund of your booking if the cancelation is reported to us by email (book@sevenlystays.com) no less than thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date and time which is as of 12:01am in the hotel's time-zone on the date of your check-in. We do not charge a service fee for cancellation and recommend that you plan on booking your travel well in advance to give you an ample Cancellation Window during which time we provide hassle-free full refunds for timely cancelations.
Cancelation is not available for bookings made within thirty (30) days of the check-in date and time. In such cases, the booking is non-refundable.
If you are seeking to change your travel destination or dates, then in order to change your booking, you will first need to cancel your existing booking following the Cancelation and Refunds procedure explained above. For clarity, changes need to be requested no less than thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date and time which is as of 12:01am in the hotel's time-zone on the date of your check-in. We can then assist you with a new booking which will need to be done at the then available rates and calendar availability. SevenlyStays does not guarantee that the new booking will be at the same price as the original booking. We do provide a full refund for timely cancelations and you are free to book with another agency at your convenience. We cannot change travel destinations or dates once the Cancellation Window has passed.
Changing the individuals on a booking or adding more individuals to a booking will also require to follow the Cancelation procedure per above.
If you are looking to simply update the information of the individuals already in your booking, then please contact the hotel directly to make those changes.
When done in a timely manner, SevenlyStays provides guaranteed hassle-free cancelations and full refunds. We also do not have any service charges for timely changes requested to your bookings.
Our bookings do not include pets. Most hotels do not allow pets, but have specific policies regarding Service Animals. You are responsible to comply with hotel/resort pet policies as applicable. Please contact hotel directly before booking to inquire about service animal and general pet policies.
The resort/hotel may approach you to sell their membership plans. You are under no obligations to attend their presentations or purchase such memberships, but you may do so at your own discretion.
Booking through us may or may not entitle you to loyalty perks with hotel/resort chains. Please reach out to the hotel/resort chain to clarify before booking with us.
Our Terms and Conditions will be provided to you as part of our quotes and bookings. By accepting our quotes and making a booking via a payment, you agree to our complete Terms and Conditions.
